Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in for an alignment Saturday at 8am. I must say rick and the team is awesome. For the first time in many years i felt very comfortable taking my car somewhere because of this team here specific at this location. Accurate, knowledgeable, courteous, down to earth, truthful, employees and environments. I definitely trust them and they give that old-skool trusty mechanic feel.

I work right down the street. I was driving my Honda Civic then the TMPS light came on for tire pressure. Brought it in at Firestone. The tech said he would check the pressure Diego the tech was great. Very friendly and great customer service. Thanks Diego

Dustin….store manager was absolutely amazing with helping us on new tires for our jeep and give us a full blown estimate on future repairs that need attention as well!!! Very personable, intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and everything we love about doing continued business with your business!!! They took care of me immediately. And I’m a happy camper!!!He is the best of the best and by the way, the store looks amazing!!!

I had a great experience at Firestone. Justin Robert was very thorough and kept in contact with me throughout the tire alignment process, which I really appreciated since I was in a time crunch. Diego also provided a smooth checkout process and clearly explained everything that was completed on my vehicle. Thanks for making the experience stress-free and efficient!

I spoke to the store manager on duty before having my Alero towed in for work on the tensioner, and he's the reason I decided to go with firestone at all. The service was unexpectedly fast and is holding up well so far, but that store manager understanding our difficult position and doing everything he could to make our only car safe to drive again was worth more than gold. The way other shops are willing to extort your transportation seems to be out of the question here! Not to mention the store was clean and comfortable during the short wait we had, and they kept us informed the whole way through. You are paying the "big shop" price tag, but at least this Firestone seems to understand that needs to come with value.
